Personality: Lucy used to be strong willed, but that's slowly worn away over time. Being with the Master has slowly worn away her self confidence and she pretty much stays as close to him as humanly possible. She's easily manipulated and trusts the wrong person. But she used to be completely strong and amazing, and that is probably why the Master chose her. She's beyond faithful, though only to her husband. She doesn't show much emotion and keeps things to herself. Eventually she's started to see what the Master was doing and disagreed with him to the point of killing him, but there's something about him that she just can't get away from. She believes that she's not that bright.
Canon Point Where Character Deviates: During the End of Time, when the Master was resurrected, Lucy was sacrificed without stopping him.
History: Lucy came from a rich but harmless family. She met Harold Saxon after he wrote a book and the two started dating. After that, they got married and she became his faithful companion, not really knowing exactly who he was for the longest time. Eventually he told her, and she stayed loyal to him. When the Doctor tried to stop the Master during the Year That Never Was, she was completely loyal to him, and when the Master killed Vivien Rook, she apologized but didn't blink an eye.
Over the course of that year though, she began to see through his psychoness and eventually plotted to stop him. She shot him, in which he refused to regenerate, dying in the Doctor's arms. She was listless and almost comatose and sent to prison. When the Master was resurrected several years later, his followers used his bio-metric imprint on her lips to resurrect him. She died when he was reborn.
